Important points regarding the sale of customized cabinets - CGV 2014

 

Images

HAMELIN agrees to stipulate in the general terms of sale, specifically for the referenced supply of customized cabinets applicable to its Customers, that the media used, including the photographs, illustrations, designs, etc. that they transfer do not infringe on the rights of third parties, that their photographs or other media are copyright free and that they own them.  

Likewise, these Customers should additionally guarantee HAMELIN and Paperflow against any action or claim of any kind, and especially claims for damages and interest, that a third party may make for the fraudulent use of any image.

For its part, Paperflow commits that all of the images offered by the customized Design Tool are copyright free.

Returns

The nature of the service provided by Paperflow takes into account, on one hand, the highly customized and distinctive character of it, and on the other hand, the technical specifics, which impose certain limitations regarding the return of orders, given that the Cabinet would be completely unusable for another Customer.   

The Design Tools allows the final product to be visualized on the screen in 3D in the most faithful manner possible. Nevertheless, and due to differences in media, a perfect match between the image approved using the Design Tool and the final Cabinet cannot be guaranteed. Likewise, this match may especially vary according to the type of material used (the difference depending on the composition of the Cabinet), the quality of the image sent, the adjustments of the screen by the final client, etc. 

Paperflow's goal is to offer a fast and simple service at a great price, and so the implementation of a preliminary validation procedure was created to meet this goal.  As a result, Paperflow is committed to making every effort to see that the finalized Cabinet most closely matches the visual approved by the Customer.

Considering the high degree of customization of the product, HAMELIN agrees to inform its Customers that no right of cancellation may be exercised on the supply of these products, fabricated according to their specifications or distinctly customized, as well as any exchange, refunds or returns.

Once the order is sent by HAMELIN to Paperflow, no cancellation may be accepted without express agreement between the Parties. 

Delivery

Delivery time:

-       For any order of 20 cabinets or less, Paperflow will deliver the order within 15 working days after receipt of the order.

-       If the order is more than 20 customized cabinets, the delivery time, from the factory, will be specified by Paperflow to HAMELIN.

Place of Delivery:

The delivery of the customized cabinets will take place under the same delivery conditions as the easyOffice "standard" cabinets, as outlined beforehand between Paperflow and HAMELIN.
